Hockey SA and the Adelaide Fire are pleased to announce Y1 Hockey as a Support Partner for the 2023 and 2024 Hockey One seasons.

Y1 Hockey, is the world’s first carbon neutral hockey brand and have been part of the Hockey SA community for many years, and most recently the 2023 State Teams.

Following the great partnership of the State Teams, it is exciting to have Y1 Hockey continue as a Support Partner of the Adelaide Fire for the 2023 and 2024 seasons.

Matt Lloyd and Michael Bevan of Y1 Hockey have said, “Y1 Hockey is an exciting global hockey brand, so it just made sense to continue our partnership with Hockey SA and to support the exciting plans Hockey SA has for the Adelaide Fire program, for the next two Hockey One seasons” 

Y1 Hockey will be represented on the playing shorts and skorts of both Adelaide Fire Men’s and Women’s kits for seasons 2023 and 2024, as well as pitch signage at Mate Stadium, including the Y1 Hockey branded goals throughout the regular Hockey SA Metropolitan Competitions. 

Hockey SA CEO, Geoff Riddle, has stated “Following the success of the State Team partnership, we are excited to expand our partnership with Y1 Hockey through Matt and his team. Y1 Hockey have been great partners of the local hockey community for many years and we look forward to showcasing their partnership on the national stage through the Adelaide Fire, for the next two seasons.”
