• Individual Tickets: Please select the pay now $95 Registration option when registering.
• Club Table Bookings: Clubs wishing to purchase a table should select the $0 Registration option. Hockey SA will issue an invoice to the club following registration.
• Table Capacity: One table seats 10 guests.
