Boards Competition – Hockey SA

Get ready for a fast, fun, all-action Boards Competition at the Hockey SA State Hockey Centre!

This event is designed for maximum involvement and minimal stoppages. With no goalkeepers, no raised balls, and everyone playing all the time. Think fast passes, quick turnovers, and lots of touches on the ball.

Participants will be placed into teams on the day and play small-sided games using boards, creating a high-energy, social atmosphere that keeps the action flowing. Games will run in short rounds with planned breaks and ice blocks to keep things moving and enjoyable for everyone.

Event Schedule (may be subject to some slight changes due to weather and participant numbers 

• 10:30am – 11:00am: Welcome, introduction, warm-up & team allocations

• 11:00am – 12:00pm: Round 1 games

• 12:00pm – 12:30pm: Lunch (included)

• 12:30pm – 1:25pm: Round 2 games

• 1:25pm – 1:30pm: Short break

• 1:30pm – 2:00pm: Final rounds
